Uptime for equipment. Downtime for emissions.
Medical technology has a footprint. Ours shrinks every year — measurably: an electric service fleet, certified refurbishment and parts that stay available for fifteen years so systems stay in use instead of in containers.

A field service that plugs in
The service fleet is going electric route by route — sixty vans today, the full fleet by 2028. Same stock on board, same 4-hour response for critical systems. Charging happens at the Utrecht warehouse, on the roof's own solar yield.

Second life beats new
Trade-in systems go through a certified refurbishment: strip, replace wear parts, recalibrate, re-serialise. What leaves the workshop carries a full 12-month warranty — at up to 40% below list. What cannot be refurbished is dismantled for parts and materials.
The circular parts policy
Every part we stock is serialised and traceable. Returned cores are graded on arrival: re-certify (back to stock with a service history), repair (electronics reworked in Utrecht), or reclaim (metals and rare materials recovered by certified processors). In 2025, 62% of returned cores re-entered circulation.
Packaging follows the same rule — 92% of outbound packaging is mono-material and recycled, and part crates for contract customers are reusable and tracked.
Why it matters
The most sustainable system in a hospital is the one that keeps working. Everything else follows from that.
